Mark A. Abell earned his law degree from Southwestern Law School in 2009. While in law school, he graduated near the top of his class, and served as the editor in chief of the Southwestern Law Review. At the same time, he competed on the moot court team and received several oral advocacy awards, including semi-finalist at the Wagner Moot Court Competition in New York City.
Mr. Abell worked at the Pentagon for the Air Force. He then worked at a boutique plaintiff's firm, where he represented thousands of consumers and homeowners in complex, construction-defect litigation. During this time, Mr. Abell also prosecuted four jury trials to verdict in the City of Inglewood through the prestigious Los Angeles County Trial Advocacy Program. After that, he opened the West Coast office for the prestigious New York law firm, Levy Phillips & Konigsberg, LLP. In this position, he focused on representing plaintiffs in asbestos and mesothelioma litigation.
Since 2012, Mr. Abell has worked with William M. Nassar and assisted clients throughout almost all counties in California with matters concerning Probate, Conservatorships, Guardianships, Trust Litigation, and Living Trusts and Corporate Transactions.
He is admitted to practice law in California, the United States District Courts for the Central, Eastern, and Southern Districts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
